Have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome? This Site Is For You.

No one knows what are the causes of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (or CFS). Symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome can include cognitive deterioration (“Brain Fog”), poor memory, problems in the digestive system, hypersensitivity to various things, weakness of muscles and more. Overall, people who suffer from CFS find that they at times cannot deal with life’s daily issues: often, this constant fatigue causes them to simply be too tired to function, as they are overcome by an extremely powerful urge to rest. Ordinary cures for fatigue, such as getting enough rest, simply do not work in this case.

Since it is generally one of the least understood diseases, and in all likelihood, probably covers a host of illnesses which all result in similar symptoms, there is no one medical solution that can solve this problem.

In our website, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome: Symptoms and Treatments, we aim to provide a list of treatments for the CFS sufferer. The reason I created this site is because I have suffered – and still do – from CFS, and so far very few medical treatments have proven to be effective for me. I hope that by sharing my experiences and knowledge with others I may help them find a solution for this terrible, destructive illness.

Chlorella nutrients help manage chronic fatigue syndrome

Wednesday, July 1st, 2009

One of the leading theories about chronic fatigue syndrome is that it is caused by a malfunction of the hypothalamus, a pea-sized area of the brain which coordinates traffic between the brain and the immune system. When something goes wrong with the hypothalamus, the adrenal glands grow sluggish, inviting flu-like symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome. The authors of The Brain Wellness Plan advocate that people with chronic fatigue syndrome nutritionally support their adrenal glands with vitamin C, zinc and vitamin B-6. Chlorella detox contains all of these nutrients.
