A whole host of top notch remedies for bloating
Wednesday, March 31st, 2010You may know the feeling of having a bloated stomach after you’ve eaten. It’s a terrible feeling and uncomfortable. It tends to make you feel awful.
There’s a good chance you’re not really sure why the bloating happens either in the first place.
Personally I grew so tired of feeling like this that I embarked on a mission to find some bloating remedies.
Stomach bloating is caused by undigested food sitting in the gut and fermenting.
There are several things you can try to stop this happening.
Make sure you chew your food slowly and carefully. Eating too quickly stops your food from being digested properly in your mouth.
Avoid drinking at the same time as you eat. You’ll end up washing the food down before it has had time to begin digesting properly.
I’d urge you to get hold of some peppermint oil products. I can vouch that the effect on my bloating has been incredible. Peppermint relaxes the small intestine which releases built up gases.
Also try eating ginger. Ginger stimulates the digestive juices, eases flatulence and excessive wind and is generally one of the best bloating remedies out there.
I promise that if you put these simple steps into place you’ll be well on your way to getting rid of the awful feelings of being bloated.
